When you create an account, Loomiz handles your email address and authentication information. We also store the content you choose to save, such as links, text, uploaded files, collections and AI-generated analyses.

We use this information to operate your account, save and organize your library, process your requests, provide search, maintain service reliability and understand operational usage and costs.

Loomiz uses Supabase for authentication, database and storage; Cloudflare for web hosting; Inngest for background processing; Google Gemini for analysis and search; Apify to retrieve supported social posts; and Resend to send account emails. Content or links are sent to the relevant providers when necessary to provide these features. The app asks for consent before sending content for analysis.

Google may use content submitted through its unpaid Gemini services to improve its products, subject to Google’s terms. Avoid submitting content you do not have permission to share or do not want processed by these providers.

Saved media is stored in a private storage bucket associated with your account. Access controls protect your library, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You can choose whether to submit content for analysis. For questions about your information, access, correction, or requests to delete your account and associated data, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request.

Information is retained as needed to operate the service and handle applicable obligations. Provider systems and backups may have their own retention periods; contact us for details about a particular request.
